How to view the videos/listen to the audio

All the media clips on this page are designed to be played using Windows Media Player. This software comes with Windows, but if by chance you haven't got it installed on your PC, you can download it here.

The video clip is available in 3 versions, depending on the type of Internet connection you have. If you have a dial-up connection, click on 'dial-up', if you have broadband, click on either '256K' or '700k' depending on how fast your broadband connection is.
