Make sure you receive ALL your invitations!
Did you know that if you have Spam or Junk Filters enabled, and you haven’t included Fast Life in your Address Book or on your Safe List, it’s possible that invitations are being delivered straight to your Spam or Junk folder?
This means that unless you check those folders regularly, you could be missing invitations to Fast Life events. You should also make sure that your inbox is not full. Most webmail services such as Yahoo and Hotmail have very limited storage allowances. If your inbox is full, invitations from Fast Life will not be delivered. After 3 failed delivery attempts your membership will be de-activated, so keep an eye on your inbox!
Please scroll down to the appropriate email application and follow the step by step instructions provided. This will ensure that your invitations are delivered to your inbox (as long as its not full!)
- Yahoo
Follow these steps to help ensure invitations from Fast Life are delivered to your Yahoo inbox:

1. Log on to your Yahoo account
2. Click on the Addresses tab (top left hand side of the page)
3. Click on Add Contact
4. In the Name section add Fast Life and with Email you should add @fastlife.ca
5. Click Save Contact and then on the next page click done.
- Hotmail
Follow these steps to help ensure emails from Fast Life are delivered to your Hotmail inbox:
1. Log on to your Hotmail account
2. Click on the Options link (located on the top right hand side)
3. Click on Mail (left hand side menu)
4. Click on the Junk Email Protection link
5. Click on Safe List
6. Enter fastlife.ca in the text field and click the Add button.

- MSN
Follow these steps to help ensure emails from Fast Life are delivered to your Hotmail inbox:
1. Click Email Settings (lower left hand side)
2. Click the Junk Mail link
3. Click the Safe List link
4. Select Add an item to this list
5. Enter fastlife.ca Click Add and then click Save Changes
- Most Other Email Clients
The general idea is to add @fastlife.ca as an email address to your Contact list and/or Address book. Once you have Fast Life registered as a genuine contact, rarely would the email client consider any correspondence from us as Spam.
Please note that it is possible that not all your emails will be delivered to your inbox, there may be cases where it is delivered to your bulk/junk mail folders. Please ensure that you check them regularly to ensure that you do not lose any email from Fast Life.
