If you have any questions please call our customer service team on 0845 467 4894 and we'll be delighted to help you however we can. Our phones are manned wen you need them, from 2pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday.

We get hundreds of emails each day and it can take us a while to get through them all. Before sending us an email with an enquiry, please check out our FAQs page. The answers to most questions are there.
If the answer to your question isn't there, then please send an email to our friendly customer service team or just give us a call on 0845 467 4894. Our office is open between the hours of 2 pm and 11 pm Monday to Friday because we acknowlege that our members are busy professionals and usually cannot call us during working hours.
If your enquiry relates to a specific event, please include the details of the event concerned in the body of your email, including date, city and venue. We will endeavour to respond to your query within one business day.
